Since our products are digital courses and study materials, once purchased and accessed, they are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, refunds will be considered only under specific conditions.
✅ Refund Eligibility
1. Duplicate Payment – If a student is charged twice for the same course.
2. Technical Issues – If the student is unable to access the purchased course due to technical errors, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
3. Time Frame – Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase only.

• If the student has already accessed or downloaded the course/content.
• If the student requests a refund due to change of mind or “course not suitable.”
• For discounted or offer-based courses.
• Any registration/processing charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
